Lead Art Director Digital (f/m/x)
Your tasks
- Create cutting edge application designs, interaction animations & prototypes
- Generating design specifications and expand our design principles and guidelines
- Analyzing existing products and making improvement recommendations
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting design issues
- Monitoring output to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with our brand and design system specifications
- Supporting and mentoring junior and midlevel product designers and provide ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- Overseeing the work of the design team and providing feedback & guidance
- Interviewing and assessing job candidates and onboarding new hires
Your profile
- Expert knowledge of web page and application layout strategies
- Extensive design expertise and a deep understanding of design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, iconography and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing designs that provide an outstanding user experience.
- Detailed understanding of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor a team of product ui designers and content creators from other specialisms
- Understanding of usability principles and strong performance analysis skills
