Your Tasks

• You will independently create work and test plans for metallic components and development projects and derive production structures and production parts lists, taking into account pre-processing conditions
• You determine the target times to ensure efficient production processes and plan work packages for production in close coordination with specialist departments and project management
• You will independently design, develop and optimise efficient production processes, including series start-up processing and equipment layout, as well as their implementation in SAP
• You provide proactive support in the preparation of technical quotations for components and assemblies by creating quantity structures, technical definitions and boundary conditions
• You define basic requirements for special equipment and systems
• You coordinate the individual specialist departments, create production orders and take over production control in the areas of development, sample production and testing

Your Qualifications

• Completed further training as a technician or master craftsman (m / f / d) or a completed technical degree or comparable training
• Professional experience in work preparation for development projects, ideally with knowledge in areas such as forming, assembly, heat treatment and metallic manufacturing processes
• Experience in the manufacture, processing and assembly of components as well as in dealing with external service providers and procurement processes
• Confident handling of SAP R3, OPCQ, TC and the usual Microsoft Office applications, CAD knowledge, especially in NX or Catia and ideally experience with ISO 1101, 14405 as well as MS Project and MS Visio
