The position can be based at our office in Darmstadt, Gießen, Kassel or Fulda. This position is a full-time position, which can in principle be split.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- You will advise and support our customers on technical issues, in particular for the travel expenses and LOGA personnel file modules
- Recording and analyzing error messages and troubleshooting
- You are responsible for 1st and 2nd level support and work together with 3rd level support
- You work on customer requirements and take over the realization, coordination and implementation
- You manage projects and are responsible for planning and supporting the implementation through to the go-live date
- You set up new customers and take over the management of implementation projects
- Conducting the kick-off meeting and advising customers on the optimal use of the commissioned module
- You hold customer training sessions on site or online
- Testing, monitoring and implementation of the delivered innovations by the software provider are part of your tasks
- You are responsible for the quality assurance of patches and releases
- Developing and coordinating new topics and changes
The level of payment is based on a salary up to EG 10 TVöD (VKA) and will be subject to a final individual assessment and personal qualifications.

What you bring with you
- A degree in computer science, administrative / business informatics or completed vocational training in the field of IT or administration with a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting as well as comprehensive specialist knowledge of the LOGA payroll accounting system and its modules, in particular travel expenses, LOGA personnel file, job plan and Scout
- Good knowledge of the TVöD, the basic principles of employment law in the Travel Expenses Act and the GDPR
- Experience in the administration of HR workstations and in project management
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience in dealing with customers and software suppliers
- Strong customer orientation and convincing communication skills
- Quick comprehension as well as an independent and team-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel and possession of a class B driving license
