Job Title : Senior Software Engineer / Software Architect

Location : Fully Remote (Germany)

Salary : Up to €95,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
• Engage in the full SDLC from concept to delivery and maintenance.
• Work on innovative greenfield projects, bringing new ideas and solutions to the table.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Continuously improve and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements :

• Must speak German C2
• Proven experience in full SDLC as a Senior Software Engineer or Software Architect.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Located in Germany with the ability to work remotely.
