Required Skills and Responsibilities
Cognizant Netcentric is looking for an experienced Online Sales Analyst based in Germany with occasional travel to Frankfurt.
Your Role :
The Online Sales Analyst plays a vital role in optimizing online sales strategies and enhancing revenue generation through digital channels for our clients.
This role involves analyzing customer behavior, monitoring sales trends, and collaborating with various teams to drive effective online sales campaigns and improve customer experience.
Your duties will mostly be :
- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide strategic insights to improve sales performance.
- Independent preparation and development of sales analysis
- Perform deep dive analysis using GA4, Data Studio / Looker / Tableau and Big Query
- Coordinate and manage Integrations of GA data into Tableau Dashboards.
- Coordinate Google tags and conversion pixels to enable performance tracking
- Manage possible updates & further development of existing Looker Studio Dashboards
- Coordinate / manage Tag management & debugging (Tealium Engineering) with the engineering team.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis by utilizing machine learning techniques,
- create data models and visualizations.
Qualifications
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience as an analyst in Travel / Airline Industry with a focus on e-Com
- Proficient in various statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and other advanced statistical methods.
- Experience in Google Analytics UA / GA360 / GA4, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker Domain Skills
- Deeper understanding of programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience working in the area of Customer Experience in Airline, Travel or Retail industry
- Willingness to travel occasionally
