Strategic Acquisition Account Executive (m / f / x) - Unified Observability Platform

Your Responsibilities :

  • Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts
  • Drive new logo acquisition’ focusing on landing and expanding
  • Consult with VP- and C-level executives to develop and implement effective enterprise-wide strategies that maximize the value delivered by our client.
  • Generate market velocity through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Develop a robust contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure broad and effective sales.
  • Collaborate closely with functional areas, including sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other lines of business, to develop and execute solution strategies that meet customer business needs.
  • Ensure successful customer implementations.

Your Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales with proven experience in acquiring new business.
  • Confident in building a diverse territory plan and have familiarity in leveraging a sales ecosystem.
  • Thrive in high-velocity situations and can think / act with urgency.
  • Top-notch organizational and communication skills.
  • Motivated and tenacious self-starter consistently delivering high performance against quotas, driven by VP- and C-level relationships.
  • Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations, while compressing decision cycles.
  • Strong collaboration skills across all supporting resources within sales to maximize effectiveness and advance the sales process.
  • Extensive experience with consultative selling methodologies in managing complex sales cycles (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC).
  • APM experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
