Senior Tax Manager

They are currently seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Tax Manager to join their team in either Frankfurt or Munich.
The salary range for this role is €120,000- €150,000 fixed, plus 20-25% bonus
Role Overview :
You'll contribute to handling tax matters across various business lines such as Private Equity and Direct Infrastructure.
Your primary focus will be on managing tax affairs spanning topics like investments, restructuring, and asset management.
Responsibilities :
- Addressing tax-related aspects of investments in collaboration with the Legal and Deal Teams.
- Analysing tax implications on investment yield modelling.
- Assisting in creating investment proposals for approval by relevant committees.
- Managing coordination with domestic and international external tax advisors.
- Overseeing tax-relevant asset management matters for the infrastructure and renewables portfolio, such as refinancing and tax risk management.
- Providing guidance on specific tax initiatives, and harmonising tax matters of investments with the Tax Compliance Team.
- Monitoring changes in local and international tax laws pertinent to their funds.
Requirements :
- Qualified tax advisor and / or lawyer with an exceptional standard of degree.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in M&A and international taxation, but ideally more.
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Dedication, understanding, and teamwork mindset.
- Proficiency in both English and German (C1 / C2 / Native candidates only)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
