Area Sales Manager, DACH

Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Area Sales Manager, DACH. The office will be located at your preferred FAUN Group location in Germany, and you are responsible for the sales planning and growth in Germany and German-speaking parts of Europe.
You work with dealers and Trombia's group partner companies to develop sales plans. You have strong skills for system sales but also directly towards the key accounts.
You get to participate in sales channel decision making in your markets.
Your product offerings include the full variety of Trombia Technologies' portfolio. You will be responsible for the sales launch of the world's first full-power and autonomous street sweeper system Trombia Free, you will be growing the sales of leading sweeping attachment products for wheel loaders and tractors and you get to introduce the Nordic Europe's technology leader's snow plow portfolio to the German speaking Europe.
We have existing structures in the area, who help you get started with success.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills and experience in B2B sales ideally in industrial automation, waste management systems or heavy equipment industries
- High independent target setting and ambition-level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in the road maintenance equipment industry is preferred
- Native in German and fluent English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Willingness to travel weekly within the DACH region
