• Design and enhancement of control concepts for highly innovative fuel cell power plants
• Object oriented PLC programming according to IEC 61131 (structured text) or C / C++
• Rapid prototyping of applications together with process and R&D engineers
• Component testing and measurement campaigns for the validation of the plant control and subsystems
• Selection, parameterization and commissioning of hardware components for our measuring, control and regulation systems
• Clarification of technical requirements and creation of the corresponding design specifications or documentation

Your profile

• Completed studies or professional education in automation, electrical engineering, mechatronic or instrumentation and control technology
• Professional experience in the field of energy and process engineering (focus on fuel cells) as advantage
• Very good knowledge in PLC programming (Beckhoff Twincat 3, TIA Portal, Codesys...) with at least 3-5 years of experience
• Experience with different fieldbus systems (EtherCAT, Ethernet TCP / IP, Profibus, Modbus...) preferred
• Good electrotechnical knowledge as well as experience with commissioning of machines and plants beneficial
• Independent and proactive, team- and solution-oriented working style
• English working proficiency; German B1 skills
