European HR Manager
We are seeking a European HR Manager that has Payroll & Benefit experience to lead the HR function for Kovalus Europe. We are a new company (that has been around for 50 years) and need someone who likes driving change, building things and being hands on.

What You Will Do
- Lead the payroll and benefit function for all of Europe.
- Provide holistic guidance, support, and development to our employees and supervisors / management in all operational and strategic areas across Europe.
- Coach supervisors / management, on critical employee development programs, talent management, well-being, learning and development, performance reviews, recruitment, etc.
- Work with HR Partners in US to provide strategic and operational HR support to Europe.
- Ensure compliance with group standards, regulations and local customs and labor law provisions and the handling of labor law matters, as well as be the contact person for works council / union.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.
- 2+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations.
- 2+ years of experience in Payroll and Benefits.
