As Technical Field Engineer :
- You give the service a face and represent our company at the customer site
- Sensitive and business-critical situations in the IT environment do not worry you, rather you confidently take over the installations, configurations and repairs of IT systems on site
- Your quality compass always points you in the right direction and helps you to adhere to processes and meet customer needs
- You enjoy the regular exchange with the internal technical departments
- You will continuously develop yourself in the support of IT systems, up to the support of complex IT solutions.
- You enjoy advancing technical topics as a leader
- The participation in the on-call duty and in weekend services is no hurdle for you

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education
- During your studies or training, everything revolved around the topic of IT and technology
- You have already gained initial experience in IT support or as a technician
- You will convince us if you are service-oriented and always keep an eye on the customer and his concerns.
- You are an adventurer who likes to be on the road. Of course you need a class B driver's license for that
- You also think outside the box when it comes to generating new business
- Excellent communication skills in German and English round off your profile
