Job Description

• Installing bottelpack® machines at customer site
• Performing initial commissioning, commissioning and SAT with our German and Swiss companies
• Carrying out servicing on bottelpack® machines like inspection, maintenance, repair or modification work
• Documentation of the work done
• Supporting customers in technical issues at site or on phone
• Troubleshooting at customer site
• Briefing customers how to work with bottelpack® machinery

Qualifications

• Bachelor or technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• At least one year of related mechanical and / or electrotechnical experience
• Work experience including knowledge in the fields of pneumatic, hydraulic, control and electrical systems, troubleshooting, PLC, motion control and regulation technology
• Good oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Competencies in the areas of customer service, organisation as well as interpersonal and communication skills are desired
