Job Description :

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee projects in the retail sector across Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with retail partners and internal teams to execute projects and gain business intelligence.

This role requires frequent travel to European countries to ensure and supervise the effective implementation of projects.

• Responsibility for planning, execution, and monitoring of retail shelf management projects across Europe
• Frequent traveling across Europe for the execution of projects and Case Studies
• Conduct case studies and establish KPI’s for projects
• Collaborate with retail partners to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our corporate group structures to support our growing presence in the European market
• Participate in product development initiatives to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of retail partners, consumers and clients
• Support and involved in early stages of client briefings along with sales / account management to ensure best possible problem solving approach to customer
• Leveraging knowledge and best practices gained amongst the team

Your Profile :

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies to increase sales.
• 50-60% willingness to travel, across Europe, to oversee project implementation and work with retail partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience in international project management is an advantage.
• Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite, knowledge of French is an advantage.
