As an Industrial Project Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Overseeing planning and execution of new electromechanical projects from initial acquisition to final commissioning.
- Gathering and analysing customer requirements, ensuring priorities are properly defined and aligned with project objectives.
- Providing technical direction throughout design, development and implementation phases.
- Coordinating all project stages in close collaboration with engineering, production, procurement and commissioning teams.
- Managing budgets , timelines and internal resources across all departments involved in the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring internal processes to ensure compliance with quality , safety and performance standards.
- Guaranteeing full adherence to client specifications, contractual commitments and industry requirements.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and serving as the main point of contact for technical and operational discussions.
As an Industrial Project Manager, your profile is described as follows :
Engineering background in Electromechanics or Mechanical Engineering , with relevant experience in project coordination.Several years of involvement in industrial project management, preferably in automated systems or mechanical installations.Excellent command of English & German,.Strong negotiation abilities and good understanding of contractual project aspects .Flexible mindset supported by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach.Natural leadership combined with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.As an Industrial Project Manager, you can expect the following :
