My latest client is a leading software development consultancy dedicated to crafting innovative solutions for their clients.
They specialize in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create user-friendly and efficient web applications / web-based solutions that make a difference.
As a Principal JavaScript / Java Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of multi-experienced individuals, make architectural & technical decisions, and take ownership of the projects as well as communicate with customers.
Salary : Up to €128k
Up to €128k
Responsibilities :
- Making architectural and technical decisions based on customer and project needs
- Leading and supporting teams of up to 10 developers at any time
- Regular communication with customers
- In code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Active involvement within all phases of the software development cycle
- You are excited to work in mostly agile SCRUM environments
- updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development
Requirements :
- Deep well-rounded understanding of JavaScript & Java technologies (TypeScript, React, Vue, Java, Kotlin)
- Proficient in a Cloud Native environment (Rust, AWS)
- You have experience handling software architecture, containerization and / or cloud-native development
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Great communication and teamwork skills as well as a want to further develop your skillset
- Previous experience working with a consultancy
- Fluent in English, German is a bonus!
