We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Planning Assistant to support and strengthen our Planning Department.

The Production Planning Assistant,

based on the Strategic Demand plans , is in charge of the production schedules, determining the production details for each product that should be produced.

Your responsibilities :

  • Make the production planning, based on the Strategic Demand Planning
  • Daily creation of subsequent plans to accommodate production planning
  • Daily Monitoring of Finished Products production to avoid Out of Stock situations.
  • Regularly check production capacity versus demand & Monitoring production capacity.
  • Maintain good relations with other departments (Purchasing, Production, Strategic Demand Planning, Logistics, Printing Department.. )

Your profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain planning within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning and experience in translating strategic and demand plans into detailed production schedule
  • Strong knowledge of SAP / S4HANA and excel is a must
  • Required languages : German and English, all other language is an asset
  • Able to work well with others in a team environment as well as individually
