What youll do

Support dealers & end users via phone and email

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Guide customers on products and best practices

Manage support tickets and documentation

Collaborate with internal teams on complex cases

What you bring

German (proficient / bilingual) + strong English

2+ years in Customer Service or Technical Support

Problem-solving mindset & customer-first attitude

Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced team

What you get

• €20,500 gross / year + up to €2,000 bonus

Monday–Friday schedule (09 : 00–18 : 00)
