Job Description
- First contact point for all PMO related issues and questions for internal and external partners (LUCA Digital Finance implementation partner as well as all METRO colleagues)
- Close cooperation with the Project Director, Stake holder Management
- Responsible for leading the PMO office and coordination of all PMO activities , tracking of deadlines and deliverables
- Moderation of status calls and other key meetings
- Participation and documentations for different meetings SteerCo meetings
- Coordination of status reports and cross-check of project documentation
Qualifications
- Graduation in business economics or equivalent education
- Experienced Knowledge around Project Management (with large IT implementations in international environment, at least one S / 4 HANA implementation a knowledge of PM standards and processes)
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills for different target groups
- Results counts, that's why you have strong result-oriented mind-set and drive to deliver forward
- High level of team and service orientation - we are proud to serve you
- High level of own initiative and assertiveness to drive change and engagement
- High analytical and strategic skills, openness to learn and grow. We dare to go new ways - together we reach the top
- Certification in TM, PM and / or Change management would be a plus, agile and waterfall methodology experience preferable
- SAP experience is a MUST
- Experience in SAP Activate methodology
- At least 7 years of direct or indirect leadership experience
- English level advanced (verbal and writing)
- Europe and working experience in a European based company
