About the company Our client is awell established investment firm that focuses on one client, asingle-family office based in the heart of Hamburg They are lookingfor an additional member for the emerging operations team at theearliest possible date to start Description Management andoptimization of middle office workflow with focus ondigitalization, automation and data analyses Ownership andcontinuous development of reporting to various stakeholders Fundmanager onboarding, trade controlling, data quality checks, KYC andAML Implementation as well as participation throughout theimplementation of new strategies and products as well as support ininvestment selection (operational due diligence, legal, tax and feeanalysis) Point of contact for internal and external stakeholderswith focus on reporting Take responsibility within the area ofcompliance and monitoring of relevant regulatory developmentsProfile Bachelor or Master's degree in finance, economics or anyother discipline or relevant vocational training Relevantprofessional experience, preferably in an investment company, bank,family office, capital management company, custodian bank orauditing firm Attention to detail, passion for accuracy and strongreliability Expertise in setting up and developing reportings and apassion for deep-dive analysis Team-work and excellentcommunication skills Hands-on mentality, analytical skills andintrinsic motivation to ensure an outstanding performance as wellas quality standard Verbal and written fluency in the German andEnglish language Proficiency in MS Office tools Candidacy orcompleted CFA, FRM, CAIA certificate is a plus Job Offer Acollaborative, demanding atmosphere where you can learn to achieveand solve investment related challenges an well as building ascalable investment organisation Benefit from the access to askilled internal team of experienced professionals.
