YOUR TEAM

The Delivery Unit E³ 1.1 has the full economic responsibility over the entire life cycle of the E³ architectures from requirements to release to field support. Your task

include the coordination of customer needs, the commissioning of the Tech Centers with the development of products, holistic monitoring of project progress and resolution of goal conflicts.

The Delivery Unit is the defined interface to the series of the brands. The ideal candidate will add : Experience in the Volkswagen Group / experience with China market / experience oversea.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Leading of project team with portfolio management, architecture management, testing & integration and system leads within the region of China
• Responsible for the technical project management of the E3 1.1 China, ID.S portfolio throughout the entire life cycle incl.

budget, release management, acceptance, DLCM, legal and technical compliance for all brands

• Leading the E3 1.1 China ID.S project as the business owner to secure state of the art solutions (connectivity, infotainment, integration and ADAS) with competitiveness, sustainability and comfort
• Continuously innovates and meets the customers’ mobility demands with our cutting-edge products on E3 1.1 China ID.S to serve brands and JVs
• Responsibility for stakeholder management and risk management in headquarter and in Region China
• Development of corporate decisions and representation in committees for region projects

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor degree or above in the field of software development, engineering, business informatics or comparable studies
• 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry or in consulting with in-depth knowledge of hardware / software / electronics development
• Communicative and emphatic person characterized by the ability to make decisions and assert yourself
• Professional experiences in development and approval processes within the automotive industry
• Strong problem-solving skills as well as communication skills in German and English, Chinese as beneficial
• A strong coordinator and leader, able to work within a matrix organization and be capable to communicate / cooperate with different decision makers
