Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary lead for both Software Project Management and Cybersecurity Compliance.Cybersecurity Roadmap : Lead the initiative to ensure all software products achieve full compliance with the Cybersecurity Resilience Act by 2027, managing the necessary risk assessments and documentation.Develop and refine modern software methodologies (Agile / Scrum) to bring structure and efficiency to the development lifecycle.Manage workflows for a seasoned internal team of domain experts and coordinate deliverables with external software development partners.Bring organisation to current projects, defining clear timescales, managing documentation, and handling ad-hoc customer requirements.What We're Looking For
A strong background in Software Engineering is essential; you must understand development processes deeply to manage them effectively.Proven experience in process improvement within a software environment.Ideally have existing exposure to cybersecurity compliance, documentation, and risk management (familiarity with the Cybersecurity Resilience Act is a distinct advantage).A self-starter with a strong personality who can drive change, show autonomy, and guide an experienced team of subject matter experts.Fluent in English; basic German skills are preferable for internal coordination.
