Technical Lead MarTech (m/f/d) VueJs

This position is available immediately in full-time (40hrs. / week) at our locations or remotely within Germany or UK .

VueJS 3 and Nuxt 3 with TypeScript; StoryBlok CMS via RestAPI; NodeJS; Vite; TailwindCSS; ChatGPT Integrations; Microservices with PHP 8.3 and Laravel

Responsibilities

• Lead technical decision-making, oversee system design, and provide mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, uphold high coding standards, and ensure quality output from the team.
• Collaborate with product owners and UX designers to design scalable, robust solutions that align with business objectives.
• Work with the Head of Engineering to ensure team policies and practices align with broader technology strategies and OKRs.
• Promote a culture of continuous experimentation and high performance, enhancing engineering processes and product outcomes.

Requirements

• Several years of software development experience, including time in a senior technical role leading projects.
• Expertise in VueJS, NuxtJS and TypeScript
• Proficient in PHP with a framework like Laravel
• Knowledge of AWS with Kubernetes and Terraform is a plus
• Ability to lead technical decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Solid experience in Agile methodologies, Lean practices, and their implementation.
• Proficiency in English is required, German is a plus.
