Fractional Human Ressources Manager

Teraki is a Berlin-based software startup that accelerates the deployment of next generation Safety, Security and Autonomous Mobility services for automotive, robots, warehouse logistics, trains, drones.

Teraki develops the next generation ML enhancement platform enabling next generation low-cost and low-emission ML models, enabling on-sensor Machine Learning directly in Cameras, Radars, Lidars.

As we have just closed a fund raising, we are on the verge of accelerating our teams to foster our growth plan on an international level, which will require us to establish the right HR foundations to move forward.

We are looking for a fractional / on-demand / flex-time senior HR manager to helps us :

Setup all HR policies & rules

o Privacy Policies

o Regulatory rules

o Safety and Sustainability

2. Define our processes & tools

o Comp & Ben & Equity

o Vacations

o Expenses Mgmt

o Payroll mgmt.

o Onboarding process

o Career development

o Performance Management

3. Support Hiring and Onboarding

o Define job templates & classifications

o Support job posting & candidates filtering

o Manage onboarding of new candidates

Embedded into our daily activities, you will be a key support to structure an HR Center of Excellence and create a strong employee culture that will foster loyalty and resonate positively on the market.

Centerfold to all HR matters internally, you will ensure that employes work in a healthy, safe and equal environment throughout our locations and develop employee satisfaction while providing strong reactivity to all demands.

True partner to the management team, you will help guide C-Suite on best practices and behaviors to sustain our rapid resources growth and development plan.

At the forefront of HR digital practices, you will help us build and promote Teraki employer brand on the relevant channels to attract top candidates to our job openings.

Your Profile :

• A strong experience of working in a flexible international environment
• A leadership and autonomy to design, build and deliver the HR function
• A knowledge of technology startups
• An understanding of the best / most flexible tooling that could be deployed
• Location : Berlin or able to commute to Berlin a few days a week
