People and HR Operations Manager

As an HR Officer, you will manage all administrative and operational aspects of human resources. This role involves handling employment contracts, recruiting, and serving as the primary contact for employees on administrative matters related to payroll, time tracking, parental leave, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employment contracts, renewals, and terminations in collaboration with management and legal advisors.
- Actively participate in the recruiting process, including job description updates, direct search, applicant management, and interview coordination.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding administrative issues such as payroll, working hours, and parental leave.
- Monitor and manage time-tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy within the HRIS.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and personnel administration.
- Experience in direct search and active recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, independent working style with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and ethical behavior in handling sensitive information.
