We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales director to join our team, this position will be based in Düsseldorf.
Job Responsibilities :
The Sales Director, Commercial & Industrial Business is responsible for leading and managing TCL PV Technology's business in the commercial and industrial markets in Europe.
The position entails developing and executing market expansion strategies, managing business development, enhancing customer relationships, and driving sales and market share of the company's PV modules, energy storage systems, heat pumps, and charging piles in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Formulate and execute the company's business development plan in the European industrial and commercial market.
2.Manage and maintain key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3.Monitor market and competitive conditions, conduct market analysis and trend forecasting.
4.Collaborate with product management and technical teams to ensure market suitability of products and services.
5.Enhance brand awareness and market influence in the industrial and commercial sectors.
6.Organize and participate in marketing activities such as industry exhibitions and customer seminars.
7.Regularly report business development to headquarters and provide market feedback.
Qualifications :
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, business management, engineering or related fields.
2.At least eight years of experience in market development and team management in the industrial and commercial field, with European market working background preferred.
3.Rich experience in B2B sales and business negotiation, able to handle large-scale projects independently.
4.Familiar with the business model and market demand of PV industry, energy storage solutions, heat pumps and charging facilities.
5.Strong market insight and strategic planning ability.
6.Good organization, coordination and multi-tasking skills.
7.Fluent communication and writing skills in English, mastery of other European languages is preferred.
