Job Description

As a Senior Associate Executive Admin, you will support our leadership team in all administrative and organizational tasks.

You are responsible for structuring the day-to-day business and making sure that "things run smoothly". You think ahead, anticipate tasks and have your demanding work area under control.

Your impact :

• Support of several executives
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as planning and organization of events
• Responsibility for scheduling and coordination as well as travel management
• Internal and external communication interface for colleagues, business partners and customers and the processing of daily national / international management correspondence
• Responsibility for processing of travel and expense reports
• Preparation of simple reports, presentations and analyzes
• Accustomed to working in a fast pace environment, able to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines
• Ownership and coordination of small additional projects

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience :

• At least 3 years experience in a similar position or in a service environment
• Structured approach to tasks and high reliability
• Positive, optimistic, solution-oriented work style
• Distinct self-management and high problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Service-oriented interaction with customers and business partners
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Outlook)
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
