Become a significant contributor to the world’s largest provider of bonding, sealing and functional coating solutions, that already holds leading positions for the Automotive Industry
Shape and drive the strategy of our Surface Treatment, Cleaners and Lubricants business, transforming the business from serving traditional components to high growth electric vehicle components
Steer and ensure regional implementation of global strategy in collaboration with Regional Market Segment Heads and Business Development
Drive the technology and innovation agenda for the Market Segment, with focus on Sustainability
Closely monitor and anticipate market movements in collaboration with the Regions, and derive & ensure execution of counter actions
Continuous screening of M&A and partnership opportunities to expand Henkel's solution offering
Position Henkel as recognized Thought Leader at external and internal events
YOUR SKILLS
Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, thereof preferably at least 3 years in a strategy consultancy or in the strategy department of a large multinational corporation (ideally in the Automotive industry)
Excellent ability to thrive in uncertain and fast-moving market environment, with propensity to optimize status quo
Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with complex data, combined with strategic thinking
Able to collaborate and hold business and innovation teams accountable for project deliverables through
influence rather than direct reporting lines
Fluent English language skills
