HR Project Manager

We are currently seeking a passionate HR Project Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
- Generate project ideas and evaluate their economic viability and feasibility.
- Gather and create necessary information and materials for project execution.
- Plan, facilitate, and document meetings to ensure smooth project progression.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication among all project participants, including stakeholders and team members.
- Track project progress to ensure that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Actively participate in project operations and collaborate with relevant departments.
- Regularly prepare status reports and presentations for ongoing projects.
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication of project status, updates, and decisions to stakeholders and management.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or objectives and take action to mitigate them.
- Conduct debriefings to review project outcomes and lessons learned.
Profile :
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Experience in data analysis and evaluation, particularly within an HR context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong familiarity in HR software (such as SAP SF / HCM) and database systems, and a keen interest in modern IT solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of independence.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
