We are currently seeking a passionate HR Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
• Generate project ideas and evaluate their economic viability and feasibility.
• Gather and create necessary information and materials for project execution.
• Plan, facilitate, and document meetings to ensure smooth project progression.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication among all project participants, including stakeholders and team members.
• Track project progress to ensure that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Actively participate in project operations and collaborate with relevant departments.
• Regularly prepare status reports and presentations for ongoing projects.
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication of project status, updates, and decisions to stakeholders and management.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or objectives and take action to mitigate them.
• Conduct debriefings to review project outcomes and lessons learned.

Profile :

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Experience in data analysis and evaluation, particularly within an HR context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong familiarity in HR software (such as SAP SF / HCM) and database systems, and a keen interest in modern IT solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of independence.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
• A forward-thinking approach with a willingness to embrace innovative HR practices.
