German Speaking Customer Service for Mercedes-Benz - Work remote all over Greece
Role Description
As a German Speaking Customer Service representative for Mercedes-Benz, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
You will be handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be working remotely from the comfort of your home, thus ensuring a flexible work environment.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and knowledge about our products and services.
This role allows you to not only use your language skills but also offers the opportunity to develop your customer service skills.

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
