Join our team as a and be at the forefront of international shipping excellence. Your role will be vital in ensuring seamless, compliant, and time-sensitive export shipments that impact businesses worldwide.
A day in the Life :
- Client Interfacing : Engage with clients and overseas corporate partners through both phone and email to address compliance-related issues, confirm terms of sale and carriage, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Compliance Assurance : Check against known shippers and denied parties lists, obtaining all necessary documentation to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Documentation : Create consignment documentation, including Master AWBs, House AWBs, manifests, labels, pickup alerts, bill of ladings, certificates of origin, dispatch letters, and flight details.
- Support labelling of cartons and pallets, check if loading list is accurate and work closely with the goods out team at Fisher Clinical Rheinfelden.
- Support the Patheon Logistics driver with loading the goods
Keys to Success : Education
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Proven experience in international logistics and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate export and import regulations effectively.
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge of export and import regulations and procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage issues and escalations efficiently.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
