As a Senior Backend Engineer, your role is to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems within a microservices architecture.

What We Expect :

Experience : A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, with a strong track record of building scalable and efficient systems.

Tech Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in backend engineering with experience in Golang, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization.

Programming Proficiency : Fluency in Golang, with a track record of implementing scalable, maintainable, and efficient applications.

Experience with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL is highly desirable.

Business Intelligence : Experience with data warehouses (e.g., PostgreSQL) and modern backend engineering tools and frameworks.

Continuous Learning : A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments in backend engineering.

Team Collaboration : Great teamwork spirit and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary stakeholders from different departments.

Languages : Business fluent in English. German is a plus.

Soft Skills : Strong analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, organizational ability, teamwork, dialogue skills, and a sense of responsibility.
