The Customer Account Manager oversees sales management for multiple music shop accounts across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
In this role, they cultivate customer relationships, drive sales growth, and apply D'Addario's Best-Practice-In-Sales’ methods.
While primarily office-based, the manager also travels occasionally (minimum of 5 days per month) to meet with customers and participate in training and development activities.
Must have drivers license.
Tasks
Making and receiving telephone calls
Visiting customers
Managing a portfolio of customers
Setting up action plans
Achieving sales targets
Customer service
Compliance with D'Addario's "Best-Practice-In-Sales" method
Profile
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Native or fluent in German and English, preferred Dutch language
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience
You must have excellent analytical skills.
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
You must have the ability to express oneself well, read, and count.
Enthusiasm, boldness and energy
Experience in music may be an additional asset

Contract type : Permanent contract, 40 hours a week
Job location : Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Compensation : €40-€45k + bonus 20% depending on profile and experience
