About
For our client, an international Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced After Sales Supervisor (m / f / d) in Germany.
This is a critical role responsible for establishing the company's regional after-sales service structure, onboarding new customers and coordinating with their network of allied service partners.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional capable of enhancing the organization's local structure and processes, driving business development with a profound customer orientation, client relationship skills and commercial business sense.
Functions
- Develop and implement a comprehensive after-sales service strategy for the German market, including establishing a service center, training technicians, and streamlining processes.
- Onboard new customers, understand their service needs, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality support.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the external service network, ensuring timely and effective response to customer issues.
- Plan, direct and control the activities required for the installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Implement and carry out audit processes for more complex facilities and activities.
- Communicate directly to GSA requirements and incident control / ability to extend or modify service network adapting to strategic needs.
- Develop skills and provide technical support to allied Technical Service Support companies (local and international)
- Coordinate external Technical Service Technicians and conduct technical training sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for service improvements and new offerings.
- Provide regular reporting on service metrics, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Specific Professional Profile
Profile with the proven field coordination experience in repair, installation and maintenance of industrial machinery.
Academic Background
Ideally a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering , Electrical Engineering , or a related technical field , coupled with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on commercial studies.
