Responsibilities :
- Operations Management : Oversee all daily operations, from scheduling to order management, ensuring smooth running of the restaurant.
- Customer Service : Guarantee top-notch service, handling complaints with care to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Personnel Management : Organize team schedules efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Financial Management : Skillfully manage budgets provided by management to ensure financial stability.
- Marketing : Drive restaurant promotion and advertising initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement long-term plans to build customer loyalty and keep menus fresh.
Skills Required :
- Leadership : Inspire and motivate your team to achieve our company's goals.
- Communication : Connect effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Customer Service : Deliver exceptional service, leaving every customer satisfied.
- Hygiene and Food Safety : Ensure top-notch standards to keep everyone safe.
- Experience : Minimum 4 to 5 years in the field.
- Rigor, Creativity, Discipline : Essential qualities for success in this role.
