We’re looking for a Junior Quality Manager to join our team in Germany!

As a Junior Quality Manager, you will support the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes and ensure products / services meet established standards.

Responsibilities include :

• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance
• Aid in monitoring products / services for defects, conducting tests, and analysing quality data
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes, deviations, and test results
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and enhance quality performance
• Contribute ideas and assist in implementing solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Essential

• Prior Quality experience, preferably in fresh produce (not essential)
• Strong grasp of quality principles for fast-paced environments
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Commitment to maintaining clean and safe work environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Fluent in German, proficient in English

Desirable

• Background knowledge in health and safety
• FMCG / Fresh Produce background
