We are looking for a talented Game Developer with a great understanding of the (hybrid-)casual mobile game market to help the team to deliver fun, innovative and entertaining social games.

You will take an innovative approach to gameplay ideas / features and give them their own spin.

• Create innovative hit games
• Write robust code to be used by millions of users
• Ability to deconstruct, analyze and adapt mobile games mechanics
• Support and contribute new ideas to game features

Qualifikation

• 6+ Years of Experience : Professional experience on Unity or other game engines
• Mobile Gaming expertise : Strong sense of gameplay experience and special attention to details
• First Principle Thinking : Ability to dissect complex problems and devise innovative solutions.
• Urgency & Commitment : A high drive for results, managing tight deadlines effectively.
• Scalability Focus : Experience in developing and scaling systems for massive user bases.
