We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of our next-generation products.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our engineering team and market demands, ensuring that our products exceed customer expectations while aligning with our business goals.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and market impact.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities in an Agile development environment.
• Work closely with engineering teams to provide guidance, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Proven track record of at least 2 years in product management, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud technologies, and related concepts.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
