Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) stands for the combination of different means of transport such as train or bus, car / bike / scooter sharing, taxis or on-demand offers into a single and comprehensive mobility service that users can use via an app and an account.

For the Mobile & Web Apps division, we are looking for a Product Manager (d / w / m) to join our product team in the frontend.

In your role, you will be responsible for these topics :

Your Tasks

You will develop the long-term product vision and strategy in the area of passenger assistance and incident management for mobile & web apps, including market analysis and goal setting, by developing a deep understanding of the needs of customers and users of the product and the overall market.

You will actively work on the development of new product features and the continuous improvement of existing features.

• You deliver innovative features that delight customers and users : drive the conceptualization of new features with the design team, m and prepare for implementation with the development teams and market launch
• You are responsible for the pricing strategy and developmentsign of your entire product portfolio. This includes setting prices for different product variants, licenses or subscriptions to ensure competitiveness while maximizing profitability
• You structure the product functionality and organize the functional description both internally (for bid managers, project managers, sales team, etc.

and externally (customers, trade shows, etc.)

• You monitor the market development and integrate customer feedback and usage data to continuously optimize the product and adapt it to the needs of the users.
• You support project managers, sales and customers in an advisory capacity, carry out product presentations, and communicate the advantages and functions of the product.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in a relevant field of study such as computer science, engineering, business administration or a related field.
• You bring several years of proven professional experience in product management, ideally in a technology-oriented, agile environment, and have the ability to identify and exploit market opportunities - - You have a deep understanding of product development cycles, and product roadmap creation
• You have a proven track record in (indirectly) leading product teams and developing software solutions in the area of end user apps for mobile and / or web - Knowledge of user experience design (UX) and human-centered design completes your profile
• Experience in the development and implementation of commercial strategies, especially in the context of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) pricing models characterize you
• You have a solid understanding of technologies and platforms relevant to mobile & web apps, as well as the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams - Eexperience in Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), or nearby areas of the mobility industry is a strong advantage.

You have very good communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and understandable way, confident English skills are required.

German language skills are useful, but not a must in this position.
