Your Role :
- Collaborate closely with our Head of Product and founders on agile project management.
- Drive the development of our backend systems and optimize our platforms.
- Transform feature requests, bug reports, and other needs into JIRA tickets for our developers.
- Take charge of implementing individual features.
- Participate in exciting international IT projects.
- Oversee quality management and assurance for our core products.
- Leverage your experience to identify potential improvements for our pages and services.
Your Profile :
- Completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable degree.
- Practical experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with agile project management (Scrum or Kanban).
- Experience collaborating with backend teams.
- Initial knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and software development.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Empathetic and able to translate written requests into JIRA tickets.
- Critical thinker who ensures the best possible developer briefings.
- User-centric with a passion for B2C products.
- Native-level German language skills.
- Ideally, some experience in e-commerce or editorial systems.
