Deine nächste Herausforderung
- Leitung und Koordination der Entwicklung innovativer Geschäftslösungen für führende Banken und Kapitalmarktunternehmen
- Ausarbeitung logischer Schlussfolgerungen und Präsentation der Ergebnisse auf Führungsebene
- Identifikation und Analyse der Kernprobleme unserer Kunden, Ermittlung der Geschäftsanforderungen und Definition maßgeschneiderter Strategien
- Management von Beraterteams für verschiedene Aufgaben wie Reengineering- und Betriebsüberprüfungen von Bankprozessen sowie Definition innovativer Lösungen
- Aufbau vertrauenswürdiger Beziehungen zu Kunden und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Banking-Bereich
Deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen
- 5 bis 8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Bankenbranche, insbesondere in Strategie-, Digital Transformation-, Reorganisations- oder regulatorischen Projekten
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie ein pragmatischer Ansatz zum Problem Solving
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu pflegen
- Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten und Tatendrang
