For our team in Darmstadt, we are looking for a Jurist 50-100% (m / f / d) Essential Functions Reporting to the General Manager / Legal Director you will serve as the interface between Management, Finance, Sales, Project Management, Compliance, Clients and Suppliers all over the globe.

Your role will include : Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of all kinds in accordance with the applicable framework in the various countries Overseeing contractual execution of large, complex projects, including assisting the company to adhere to contractual terms and conditions, and negotiating contractual challenges Providing competent support in all aspects of business transactions;

export- and insurance-related issues Providing assistance on relevant German regulations Understanding and overseeing the management of the company's contractual portfolio Your Profile University degree in law Minimum 1st State Board examination 2-3 years commercial contract experience You have a high level of attention to detail, balancing perfectionism with speed You seek practical solutions to commercial transactions You are able to work both autonomously and interactively and demonstrate service focus and a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness Strong communication and written skills in English and German are essential You have an EU-Passport Our offer You are part of a growing international company with a young, dedicated and family-driven spirit Innovative, diverse and international team You can work partly in Home Office Interested?
