Sales Manager - BESS - Remote
An exciting opportunity has come up for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a cutting edge battery analytics technology company that has developed an exciting platform for managing performance and safety within battery portfolios.
As the Sales Manager you will be focused on driving revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Europe.
You will have a good idea of the European BESS space, along with a decent network which you will continue to develop as you expand the businesses portfolio.
You will report to the Director of Sales and key responsibilities will include developing and executing a strategic sales plan, collaborating with cross functional teams, delivering sales presentations and proposals, sales forecasting, and data analysis.
Essentials skills and experience :
- 3-5 years' experience in the renewable sales space
- Good knowledge of the BESS market, with direct experience selling BESS products or solutions
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Energetic and driven, with a results-oriented mindset, and history of exceeding sales targets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, English and German
- Batchelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to travel country wide and sometimes internationally to visit clients
