About The Team

You'll be joining the JD Star (JDS) Graduate Program, a structured early-career pathway designed to accelerate young professionals into impactful, long-term roles at JD.com. Over your first year, you'll take on meaningful projects, build technical and leadership skills, and gain exposure to the world-class functions driving JD's global growth.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as :

• Supplier Relationship Management : Identify and cultivate high-quality suppliers, establishing a robust evaluation framework for tiered management and performance assessment to ensure a stable, competitive supply chain. End-to-End Procurement Execution : Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including price negotiations, contract finalization, and order fulfillment. Resolve order discrepancies and post-sales issues to guarantee timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Cost Optimization Strategy : Monitor market price dynamics to develop procurement strategies. Achieve annual cost reduction targets through centralized purchasing and framework agreements.
• Process Streamlining & Digitization : Refine procurement workflows, implement standardized procedures, and drive digital transformation of procurement systems to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with operational teams to deliver tailored procurement solutions, facilitate interdepartmental coordination, and support overarching business objectives.
