YOUR ROLE
- Development of brand strategies for key brands within Schwarzkopf Professional Care Category
- Competitive analysis, trend management and market research to identify long-term marketing opportunities
- Project lead for strategic segments as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain and Packaging
- Development and steering of campaign strategies, vision and brand positioning
- Leading global communication campaigns - from agency briefing over production preparation to digital videos finalization
- Co-creation and supervision of digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager
- Monitoring brand performance, evaluating success of marketing efforts and identifying areas for improvement
- Close collaboration and alignment with regional teams
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor or Master in Business or Marketing
- 5+ years experience in Marketing / Product development preferably in theFMCG and specifically Beauty Industry
- Elevated level of motivation, passion, team spirit and assertiveness
- The ability to problem solve and think strategically / analytically
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and English skills, both oral and written
