Als Junior Controller (w / m / d) sind Sie für die Erarbeitung und Aufbereitung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Plant Controller zuständig.

Being a Junior Controller (f / m / d), you will be responsible for the development and preparation of business analyses in collaboration with our Plant Controller.

Job Description

DEUTSCH :

• Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reports und Plan- / Ist-Analysen als Grundlage für die werksübergreifende Steuerung
• Unterstützung bei den periodischen Vorschauprozessen, den jährlichen Budget- und Mittelfristplanungsprozessen, sowie beim Quartalsberichtswesen
• Unterstützung des Plant Controllers mit der Bereitstellung und Auswertung von Daten und Informationen zu ad-hoc Themen
• Identifzierung von Umsatz- und Kostenoptimierungspotentialen und Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung
• Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Bewertung des Anlagevermögens sowie Erstellung und Auswertung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
• Erfassen und Berichten statistischer Meldungen und Kennzahlen
• Ansprechpartner für Fachabteilungen sowie der Werkleitung

ENGLISH :

• Preparation of regular reports and plan / actual analyses as a basis for cross-plant management
• Supporting the periodic forecasting processes, the annual budget and medium-term planning processes, as well as quarterly reporting
• Supporting the Plant Controller with the provision and evaluation of data and information on ad-hoc topics
• Identification of sales and cost optimization potentials and support in their implementation
• Support in the monthly valuation of fixed assets and preparation and evaluation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Recording and reporting statistical reports and key figures
• Contact person for specialist departments and plant management

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH :

• Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
• Sie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 2-3 Jahre) im Controlling in einem (internationalen) Industrie-Unternehmen sammeln
• Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über IFRS-Kenntnisse
• Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, analytisch-konzeptionelles Handeln, Teamfähigkeit sowie einer Hands-on Mentalität aus
• Sie haben Freude an neuen und sich häufig verändernden Herausforderungen im internationalen Umfeld
• Ihre MS-Office Anwender-Kenntnisse sind auf einem guten bis sehr gutem Niveau
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

ENGLISH :

• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on finance / controlling or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial professional experience in controlling in an (international) industrial company
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of IFRS
• You are characterized by a high affinity for numbers, an analytical and conceptual approach, the ability to work in a team and a hands-on mentality
• You enjoy working independently, are results-oriented and have good communication skills
• You enjoy new and frequently changing challenges in an international environment
• Your MS Office user skills are at a good to very good level
• You have very good German and good English language skills
