Senior Product Manager - Fintech (m/f/d)

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (m / f / d) to join the team in our portfolio company and drive their product initiatives with them.

In your day-to-day work, you'll work with senior engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders in sales, procurement, and accounting to develop features that drive the business growth.

In this role, you’ll :

• Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute it
• Analyse customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective
• Own the product roadmap and plan and carry out product launches
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market (go-to-market strategies for new products or service launches)
• Partner with Engineering and Business teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs, and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role
• previous experience in web software, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce, logistics, or fintech
• Familiarity with overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Natural leadership, you know how to convince effectively and cross-functional teams to work together and execute complex projects
• Experience with MVPs, lead customer interviews, and familiarity with constant feedback and discovery processes
• Business English skills. Fluency in German is a big plus

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
