Customer Service Representative
1. OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION
Under the guidance and leadership of the Lead Office Manager Germany this position is responsible to support all Customer Service and Cash-In activities of STAAR Surgical Germany.
This position is focused to act as an interface between customers, sales with Accounts-Receivables AG in all cash-in related questions as well as to work as a Customer Service representative in order processing and handling of additional customer questions.
2. TASKS
Cash-In
- Cash-In management to reduce overdue payment.
- Clarification of customers accounts problems between customer and Finances department.
- Work closely with Accounts-Receivables AG.
Customer Service
- Support team members as well as incoming customer requests which are related to proceeding with the complete order processes.
- Manage Online Ordering System (OCOS) to support customers.
- Work closely with sales to address customer needs.
- Backup team member in logistics.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
3. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Education : Accounting, Customer Service or Retail Salesperson background
Special Knowledge : Passionate with numbers and to work with Customers
Very good communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, with focus on Excel
Very good German language skills
Good English language skill for Global communication
Optical background is a PLUS
Personality : Open minded, flexible, and patient in times of high workload
Strong team player
Customer orientation
Having a view for details
Professional Experience : At least 3 years of professional experience
