Field Support Engineer (gn) NOVA Platform

Your mission

As a Support Engineer, your mission is to ensure that Wandelbots customers are getting the most out of Wandelbots NOVA - our robotics software platform - and their robotic applications built on our platform. You achieve that by investigating and resolving technical issues in collaboration with your colleagues, maintaining systems performance, and ensuring smooth operation, on-site and remotely.

What you do

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for NOVA  customers
• Investigate,  diagnose  and troubleshoot issues related to NOVA’s APIs, SDKs, applications,  data  services  and system architecture
• Perform system maintenance : software updates, log analysis, and basic bug investigation
• When applicable, ensure  basic support of  hardware  ( e.g.  sensor s,  camera s ,  cable management) in collaboration with Wandelbots automation engineers and / or our Wandelbots  ecosystem  p artners and hardware vendors
• Collaborate with  Product ,  Engineering, and Customer Success  colleagues  for escalations and feedback
• Ensure  structured  and detailed  documentation  and reporting  of issues, fixes, and customer feedback
• Conduct on-site support at customer facilities during critical phases or escalations
• Help improve support processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
