Sales Director (Solar PV)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue generation efforts, setting and achieving sales targets within your region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and action plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide product training and updates.
- Support marketing activities in coordination with local market teams.
- Contribute to product development by providing market feedback.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in PV, energy storage, and EV chargers.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both in German and English.
- A proactive, dynamic, and customer-oriented mindset.
