3PM is an AI startup that was acquired by eBay in February 2023. eBay 3PM team works on using ML and AI to ensure the compliance of the eBay marketplace with various regulations and brand protection.

The platform team is an unit of eBay 3PM team and works closely with GCP, Hybrid Cloud, Security and ML fields.

eBay 3PM team solves puzzling and unique problems with machine learning and system thinking approaches.

What you will accomplish :

Collaborate with team members to ensure security best practices are integrated into infrastructure management and DevOps workflows.

Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage resolution of infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

Implement and maintain DevSecOps practices to integrate security measures seamlessly into the development lifecycle to remediate security vulnerabilities.

Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.

Support the team in managing and optimizing infrastructure across Google Cloud and hybrid cloud environments.

What you will bring :

Proven experience in infrastructure management, preferably within Google Cloud and hybrid cloud environments.

Strong understanding and advocacy of DevOps practices and their importance to team efficiency and project success.

Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and their application in infrastructure management.

Experience with infrastructure migrations and understanding of best practices to minimize risk and downtime.
